Partnership Manager (Service Agreement)

We expect from you

  • English level not lower than B2.
  • Has experience in the direction of a partner/account manager for at least six months. Has experience working in Fintech or related fields.
  • Training in sales and customer interaction will be a plus.
  • Proactive, sociable, customer-oriented.
  • Knows how to solve problems and be in an environment based on metrics.

What you should do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners.
  • Find new partners and turn them into active co-authors.
  • Provide support to partners on any issues that arise when working with the product.
  • Negotiate and coordinate partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Conduct monthly customer journey mapping (CJM) of key competitors.
  • Provide partners with a report on competitor innovations by the specified deadline.
  • Ensure transparency in relationships with partners: keep records of key partners.
  • Provide monthly reports on key performance indicators and key indicators.
  • Inform management about the current state of cooperation and potential risks
